6 ASEAN red meat ambassadors collaboratively deliver a signature masterclass-dining showcase.

 

 

What is happening?

Master Class with Master Butcher

The secondary cuts are usually under valued. Understanding the eating quality factors based on MSA research and doing the blind tasting comparison with loin cuts is always a good way to open the door.

Black Box Cooking Challenge

24 local young chefs will be randomly divided into 6 teams and led by 6 Red Meat Ambassadors.
They will cook 2 dishes to serve for 50 pax within 90 mins.
Every team will receive a different secret cut and use the eating quality to think about what cooking methods to use.

Showcase and Networking Dinner

The 6 teams will serve their 2 dishes to guests without them knowing which cuts the chefs used.
There will be a QR code blind tasting note for guests to rate the eating quality of each dish.
Guests have 1 hour, then the link will be closed. The result of the eating quality with the cuts each team uses will be announced at 7pm.
