In 2023, Mr. Lan started up next business with SOTZ company, specializing in producing quality sauces to serve the culinary needs from consumers to restaurants and supermarkets. The company's first product was Habanero hot sauce, using clean ingredients and no artificial preservatives.

And in 2024, Mr. Lan introduced a new business model, promising effective support for the F&B industry in Ho Chi Minh City: Tastemaker Hub.
