Phan Lê Anh Tú is currently co-founder & head chef of two restaurants in Hanoi: Ngoặm bistro & taqueria el TaCỗ.

Before grinding 20 tons of Wagyu for Ngoặm and dancing around the fire at TaCỗ, his experience was forged at restaurant Kontrast in Oslo. Passionate, energetic, bold and creative are best described about him. He is also a firm believer in zero waste cooking and seasonality.

Representing the youngest Aussie Beef Mates for Meat Livestock Australia, chef Phan Lê Anh Tú displays his understanding of Australian products with an open mind and endless energy.
