Culina, in latin, literally means The Kitchen, indeed, we are proudly to be the finest kitchen in Hanoi that provides the finest dishes with modern culinary techniques. Running by Chef Nico Ceccomoro, the most famous Italian chef in Hanoi, who has succeeded with Cugini ristorante-the finest Italian restaurant. At Culina, we don’t do any particular cuisine orientation, but with the talented hands of the Chef, extraordinary European-Asian fusion dishes were born. Culina has no limit in creativity because we aren’t tied by any restrictions or cultures, therefore we don’t hesitate to combine the ingridients which might be thought to be unable to get married with each other, as long as Chef finds it can bring sublime feeling in palate.
Chef Nico Ceccomoro
Chef Ceccomoro hails from Città della Pieve in the Umbria Region of Italy, closely situated to Tuscany. His birth home is also the birthplace of the Renaissance artist Perugino (Pietro Vannucci). He, first, studied at the State Professional Institute for Hotel and Catering Services, IPSAR Pellegrino Artusi Chianciano Terme, and then completed his education and concurrently learning English in Australia at the Sydney Business and Travel Academy (SBTA). Chef’s arrival in Vietnam was purely coincidental and completely unintended. It was only a matter of time before he fell in love with this Country and has remained for the last seven years. Chef prides himself in his previous experiences, having worked with amazing chefs in his life, and having a true curiosity about the deepest intentions of food. He has for himself the finest Italian in Hanoi and now He is running Culina, one of the most fine and extraordinary modern dining restaurants in the Capital.
