SUKIYAKI STEAK is a blissful harmony between Western gastronomy and Japanese cuisine—inspired by Sukiyaki, one of the most popular Japanese hotpot dishes. Australian Black Angus Tenderloin is marinated in a Sukiyaki-style sauce before grilling on IL Corda's flaming charcoal and served with salted fresh green pepper and our unique red wine Sukiyaki-style sauce.
