Chef Thierry
Chef Thierry has remained at the top of Saigon Food scene for over 10 years at La Villa French Restaurant and continues to inspire numerous young chefs. Traditionally trained in France at the end of the 90’s he has worked in several Michelin Star Restaurants in France and started an oversea journey in 2005 that brought him to Vietnam as Culinary Director in 2008. In 2011, he opened his own restaurant with his Vietnamese wife, Tina and since explores fine French cuisine at his own pace with an indefectible passion for the finest ingredients.
