Chef Sam Tran
Ms. Nhung (Sam Tran) - chef at Gia restaurant has nearly 10 years of experience living and working in Melbourne (Australia). Brought to the profession when working at Bawa Cafe, one of the famous restaurants in Melbourne, she has gathered many skills and standards of the restaurants here. After a few years working at Sunda Dining, a restaurant with 2 Hats (in Melbourne, Australia - World 50 best discovery list, top 50 in Australia), she decided to return to Vietnam to create her own career.
