Los Fuegos born from a passion for the ancient art of live-fire cooking of the founder and chef Emilio Fuse create a contemporary asado experience with an open-fire kitchen and a touch of traditional and rustic recipes from Patagonia.
Chef Emilio
After leaving Patagonia at a tender age Emilio worked between the farms and restaurants always surrounded by fire, meat, and smoke. Before to come to Vietnam Emilio expend 3 years in New Zealand managing a Dairy & Cattle farm in Mamatamata during the week and during the weekend creating a farm-to-table experience. Since arriving in Vietnam 8 years ago Emilio has created numerous wood fire kitchens around all of Vietnam.
