Chef Sakal Phoeung
Sakal Phoeung is a professional French chef, President of the Vietnam Escoffier Association with more than 22 years of experience working in high-class restaurants and hotels. He is currently the owner of two famous restaurants in Saigon – Le Corto and P’ti Saigon. Besides, he is also an adventurer; he used to go to many places to discover about food. He is not only the owner of the restaurant but also the President of the Vietnam Escoffier Association and imparts culinary knowledge to the young generation of Vietnamese chefs. So he is also a culinary instructor.
