Chef Phong
Phong, Quince’s Head Chef is a Vietnamese French who has been working in one of the worlds culinary epicentres in Montpellier, France, before joining Quince in 2019. With a stint at the famous Alexandre Gauthier, Phong’s passion in cooking culminates in the multicultural approach he takes in creating dishes at Quince.
