A creative alternative to a classic hamburger. This hamburg steak is easy to prepare from home, with Australia's fine ground beef as the main ingredient.
For the sauce:
Saute onion and garlic in butter until caramelized.
Knead all the ingredients into the ground beef.
Shape into a patty and Pan-fry in medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Add all the sauce ingredients in the same pan you used for the steak and stir briskly to emulsify the sauce.
Serve with sauce and steamed vegetables
