Korean Sesame Grilled Beef

Getting into the kitchen and cook for her a meal with Korean sesame grilled beef that is easy to make but extremely attractive. Soft ribeye with rich flavor is roasted with extremely healthy vegetables. Delicious thick beef sauce eaten with sesame leaves... is very amazing.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • Ribeye, 600 grams
  • Ginger, 30 grams
  • Garlic, 50 grams
  • White Sesame, 50 grams
  • Baby Carrot, 50 grams
  • Butternut Squash, 300 grams
  • Okra, 200 grams
  • Sesame Leaves, Lettuce, 300 grams
  • Scallion, 10 branches
  • Sugar, Olive Oil, Cooking Oil, Oyster Sauce, Sesame Sauce, Korean Gochujang Chilli Sauce
  • Minced Hot Pepper, 1 cup
  • Soya Sauce, Pepper, Salt

Method

Pre-processing:

  1. Cut the beef into two long slices, 3mm thick, large and soften the meat with mallet.

  2. Roasted a part of white sesame. Leave 1 portion.

  3. Remove the skin of carrot, leaving the stem, and wash.

  4. Remove pumpkin’s skin, wash and cut into 3mm thick pieces.

  5. Cut okra.

  6. Wash scallions and keep the roots.

  7. Peeled garlic cloves.

Processing:

  1. Puree garlic + onion root + ginger + 2/3 amount of roasted sesame, with 1 tbsp soy sauce + 2 tbsp Seasoning + 1 tbsp sugar + 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp Korean chili sauce + hot chili hash. (Grinding spices to absorb quickly and evenly when marinating, saving time)

  2. Marinate the beef in this mixture with 2 tablespoons cooking oil + 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Let rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, marinate the pumpkin + carrot + okra with 3 tablespoons olive oil + teaspoon pepper + 1 teaspoon salt.

  4. Put a little oil in the pan, sauté the carrots, okra and squash and put them on a plate.

  5. Continue to sauté the beef until it's just cooked through so it doesn't dry out.

  6. Place the meat on a plate, sprinkle with roasted sesame. Served with kimchi or pickles.
